Guillaume goes off to explore Australia

Hey guy's! As you know, Australia is one of the bigger contry of the world. I foresaw a three-week-stay in this beautiful contry, or rather one week in Sydney, then on huge beach of Victoria's state and for finish in Northern territory with friends in camping. When I've this idea of blog, i sat on seat in the terminal of Roissy-Charles de Gaulle's airport, ready to face up to the 21 hours that seperate me from my destination.

I arrived in Sydney-Kingsford Smith airport after 21 hours of flying time. I took the high-speed train service between airport and Sydney downtown which passed in front of the Opera house and the Harbour Bridge.

Beggining of January until Australia Day, the 26th of january; many concert were organized for Sydney's festival. At this occasion, the city lit up of decoration

I took advantage of this occasion for visit this beautiful city, full of history and for met new people whose have been very likeable with me.

To conclude for the first time, this sojourn has allowed me to discovered an incredible city with a way of life very different of european. But I've prefered to enjoy of the last week of good days to discoverd amazing beaches of Victoria's state.

After this week in Sydney, I arrived in an other incredible city: Melbourne. Famous for his tennis competition, it's a city sfuffed of history as we can see with the railway station and his unusual style.

I enjoyed amazing Victoria's beaches where I tried to surf. The Great Ocean Road is a marvel and I've enjoyed particulary the Bells Beach and her huge waves.

 For finish my sojourn on Australia, we decided me and my friends to visit the Northern Territory and his famous rock "Uluru".

When we arrived in Northern Territory, the first thing which stunned us is the aridity of this land. After we installed our camp and to enjoy some days of the beauty of the landscape, we went to see thebiggest rock of the world: Ayers Rock or Uluru for Aboriginal population. we learnt by the guide that Uluru have a periphery of 9 km! Incredible, no?

Furthermore, the Northerm territory count a lot kangaroo, mythical animal of Ausralia. This experience concluded our travel in Australia, a beautiful and varied contry, climate, landscape, fauna, flora ...

I've loved this country and I guide everyone who wants to discover new area this amazing land!
